Clients MUST be 18 years or older to agree to these terms.

Clear and visual references MUST be provided. I will not take a written description of a character for a commission.

Do not claim my work as your own.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission for any reason.

If you break my T.O.S at any point, even after the commission has been finished, I will blacklist you from commissioning me in the future.

You are allowed to color in sketch commissions yourself but you are not allowed to commission someone to finish any of my sketches

All commissions excluding Vtubing Models are for PERSONAL USE ONLY if you want to use it for Commercial usage you must pay an extra fee.

I may refund a commission that is in progress if I so choose to do so, please be aware that if I refund a commission in this manner, I will not be continuing it nor interested in doing so.

If you buy a adopt from me you may edit it however you see fit to make it fit your needs/wants. You may have someone edit the design for you.

You are allowed to change and make the adopts gender and sexuality anything you want.

If you sell an adopt you can only sell it for the price you paid for it unless you have bought more commission pieces for it the price may changed to add the value of the additional art.

If I have formed a connection or enjoy the design of an adopt i created I will require that design alone to only be sold back to me and not be resold to anyone else

Live2D and PNGTuber commissions are considered commercial-use. You may use it for streaming/videos, etc.

I do not take rush orders on model commissions

Please credit me as @Pearshi in your bio, twitch panel, tweets, about page, etc when posting my commission

Client will receive .psd file of their commissions once finished

Payment is done solely through paypal USD

Payment must be received in full before I begin working on your commission. Unless we make an agreement before hand with a payment plan.

I do take payment plans.

Additional fees may be charged for excessive or major revisions.

Additional fees may be added if the design is complex.

You can receive a full refund if a commission has not been started

If I have started your commission and you want a refund, a partial refund may be available depending on to what extent the project is completed.

If I finish a commission before the payment is finished being paid for I will withhold the commission till the payment is finished.

I am a slow artist a commission can take from 1-8 months depending on what is going on at the time.I highly recommend to always check my trello for updates on my work speed.

You may changed the subject of a commission any time during the sketching phase once i finish the sketch you can not change the subject or theme of it unless you pay the extra charge for it

Do not be afraid to ask for personal updates! I will gladly let you know where you are in que.

For all commission types, you will receive a sketch for initial approval. If you must request changes I ask you to do it at this phase.

Once the sketch has been approved I will begin cleaning and coloring

While coloring the work if there are any color changes you need me to do. Don't be afraid to ask for them.

During this phrase I will keep sending you updates and wips of your commission till completion

Once Completed and files have been sent I will not do any major edits or changes. If you really need huge changes or edits there will be an additional charge for that

Clients DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT nor use the art for generative AI purposes. Doing so is in violation of these terms.

I reserve the right to use your commission in examples, portfolios, speed paintings / streams, etc - but you can pay a small fee if you want me to keep your commission private.

You may print the work for personal use.

You may use it as an icon, banner

You can not use my art for thumbnails unless you pay the extra copy right fee

You may not claim my artwork as your own you must credit me

You may not remove my watermark /signature from my artwork.

If you want to sell the art I make for profit we will discuss the additional fee for Commercial use

I will not draw any inappropriate images with minors or child like / loli characters - regardless of whether or not you have aged them up via an AU; do not ask.
